Customer Satisfaction is Our Priority
At Kraft Keeda, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the products sold on our website. We offer a hassle-free return and refund policy for eligible items.
Eligible Products for Return/Replacement
You can return or request a replacement for the following reasons within 7 days of delivery:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Product significantly different from the description (wrong size, color, or quantity)
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some products are marked as “Final Sale” and cannot be returned. These products typically include:
- Customized products
- Personalities Products
Return & Replacement Process
- Contact Us: Initiate a return or replacement request by contacting us within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Request Review: We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item(s).
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for securely packaging and returning the item(s) to the designated address.
Replacement
If your product is eligible for replacement, we will send you a brand-new replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
Exchange
For clothing and footwear (excluding final sale items), you can request an exchange for a different size or color within 10 days of delivery. Please refer to the seller’s return policy before initiating an exchange request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed in the original payment method or credited to your Kraft Keeda account (if applicable).
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds for cash on delivery orders will be processed via NEFT transfer to your bank account. We will require your bank account details for processing the NEFT transfer.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow 13-20 business days to receive your refund after the return is processed.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Replacement
- Items that have been worn/washed/soiled
- Returns requested outside the 10-day timeframe
- Specific categories (innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies)
- Used or installed consumable items
- Made-to-order/custom jewelry
- Fragile items, hygiene-related items
- Products sold as combos/sets (cannot be returned as individual items)
- Missing items from the package (price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, accessories)
- Opened, branded electronic items (cannot be returned for non-satisfaction reasons)
Branded Electronic Items:
For branded electronic items, the return, repair, and replacement policy will be governed by the brand’s policy.
