10-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 7-day Replacement Guarantee for certain items. You can get a replacement within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost if you receive a product that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Not as described (wrong size, color, or quantity)

Guarantee Exclusions

The 7-Day Replacement Guarantee does not apply to the following items:

• Digital products and AMC services
• Innerwear, lingerie, socks, jewelry freebies, and clothing freebies
• Items damaged due to misuse or malfunction
• Items that have been worn, washed, or soiled
• Fragile items, hygiene-related items
• Consumable items (used or installed)
• Conventional groceries, organics, bakery items (cakes, customized cakes)
• Customized/innovative items
• Returns requested outside the 10-day timeframe
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
• Items returned without original packaging, freebies, or accessories
• Defects not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
• Made-to-order/custom jewelry
• Items purchased for the “MY SHOP” section (no warranty, guarantee, or replacement/return applicable)
